- Italy: free shipping with delivery in 5 to 8 business days.
- Europe: €15 with delivery in 7-12 business days.
- Greece and Portugal: €20 with delivery in 7-12 business days.
- Switzerland and United Kingdom: €35 with delivery in 7-12 business days.
- United States and Canada: free shipping with delivery in 14/21 business days.
- Japan, Norway and Singapore: €100 with delivery in 14/21 business days.
- Australia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait: €150 with delivery in 14/21 business days.
- Brazil: €180 with delivery in 14/21 business days.
- Uzbekistan: €80 with delivery in 14–21 business days.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and refunds:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that sale items cannot be returned.
The shipping cost for returning the product is at the customer's expense:
- Italy: €15 (will be deducted from your refund).
- Rest of the world: the customer will arrange to ship the goods with a courier of their choice.
