Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please note that sale items cannot be returned.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer:

  • Italy: €15 (this amount will be deducted at the time of refund).
  • Rest of the world: the customer will arrange shipment of the merchandise using a courier of their choice.

Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase or receipt.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must log in to the “My Account” section, select the order, and initiate the return process.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

The refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the product. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, letting you know whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will automatically receive the refund via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
